Wedding at the Grand Traditions – Fallbrook

It has finally happened, Jinamany and Camtu became one at the beautiful Grand Traditions in Fallbrook. I fell in love with their love since their engagement shoot at cuyamaca with me. There’s just always something so childish, innocent, and magical when they stand before your eyes, anyone can easily agree on that. I’m so honored to be their wedding photographer and be able to capture these beautiful moments. Congratulations to Jinamany and Camtu, woo hoo!!

Traditional Lao Wedding

I love traditional Lao Weddings! From the fashion to the symbolism of every flower, fruit, and gesture, they were beautifully wedded into one. We couldn’t be happier documenting every step for these love birds. Anna & Mo, you’re perfect for each other, Congrats!

Haha, great post, great photos, Susan. The monring after MY wedding day I woke up, looked over, and thought, “Wow, that’s my wife. What a trip!”

By My Side

They fell in love as engineer students from Arizona State University, graduated, and moved to San Diego to start their new lives together! Even though all their friends and family are from Arizona and China and they have very scarce company here… their sweet and simple love blew me away… The entire shoot felt as if nothing mattered but each other’s existence… And Me! haha just kidding, anyways..

I just wanna hold you

At the beach, Yan’s warm smiles & playful hugs made Hualin feel & look so joyful! As we played like kids across the shores, I realized how every moment they were sharing was so priceless. They inspired me. And remind me the reason why I photograph: to document and portray people’s story, every couple has one. For Hualin and Yan: Its a big world out there, and even though its just them, they’re in it together all the way. Thus, my many uses of negative and open space at the beach. hehe =D

As we head back while the sun dipped into the sea, Hualin turned to me and said, “Even though we’re having a small wedding in San Diego instead of a big wedding in China with all our friends and family, there’s one thing we know for sure we have here thats better than China, and thats a great photographer, the photos.” I’ll never forget it.

Check out their Music Video!

I give you my word, I give you my heart

It’s not every weekend that I have the pleasure of documenting a marriage not only between two people, but two families. Linh, Mark & their kids all planned and held a beautiful wedding at the Grand Traditions in Fallbrook. I could see it all in their eyes and unexpected hugs & kisses throughout the day, that this was not an exception from the happiest day of their lives. Linh and Mark shares a love unlike any other, she needs nothing more then his oncoming love letters and he’s constantly blown away by her beauty, inside-out.

Dad’s an amazing singer, performing “Can’t help falling in love” .  Talent runs deep in the family.

A family of entertainers! I felt as if I was in “Paris By Night”
